This flavorful fat-free salad dressing is great over spinach and arugula, and it's also delicious as a dip for pear or apple wedges or raw vegetables.

Ingredients

    2/3 cupsliced strawberries
    1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar
    1/2shallot, chopped
    2 teaspoonsfresh thyme leaves
    1 1/4 teaspoonsDijon mustard
    1/4 teaspoonground black pepper
