Method
Heat oil in a wok or large, deep skillet over medium-high heat.
Add carrots, broccoli, and onions and cook, stirring often, until crisp-tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
Add peppers and cook 2 minutes more.
Stir in pineapple, chicken (or tofu) and orange sauce and cook until hot throughout, 2 to 3 minutes.
