Apricot Purée

The recipe calls for dried apricots, so you can prepare this simple fruit purée year-round for your little one.

Ingredients
- 1 cup dried pitted apricots, chopped
Method
Combine apricots and 2/3 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Lower heat to medium-low, cover and simmer until very soft, about 10 minutes.
Carefully transfer apricot mixture to a food processor and purée until smooth.
The purée will keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
