Avocado Mango Salsa
Makes about 2 cups

Try this salsa with grilled fish or chicken, or simply served with blue corn tortilla chips. Add some diced Serrano pepper if you like heat.

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 mango, diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 avocado, diced (about 1 cup)
Method
In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, orange juice, lime juice, orange zest, honey and olive oil.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Add mango and avocado. Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
