Baked Potato Fries

Serve this kid-friendly, healthy take on french fries alongside baked, breaded cod fingers or roasted chicken.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Mediterranean seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
Method
Preheat the oven with a baking sheet inside to 450°F.
Cut potatoes lengthwise into steak fries, about 3/4 by 1/2 inch, and toss with oil, seasoning and salt. Place seasoned potatoes onto the preheated sheet in a single layer.
Bake potatoes, 15 minutes. Flip them and cook another 10 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
