Banana Milk

Here’s a nut-free, seed-free dairy alternative you can use over cereal or in smoothies, or enjoy as a refreshing beverage. Choose a nicely ripe but not browned banana for best flavor. Watch our how-to video.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1 cup water
Method
Combine banana, water, vanilla and salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
Use immediately, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 day (milk will darken slightly but the flavor will be fine). Stir well before each use.
