Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

A fresh and filling breakfast shake reminiscent in flavor of a blueberry muffin! Oats and omega-3 essential fatty acids from flax oil help you power through a busy morning or long summer day.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup 365 Everyday Value Organic Vanilla Soymilk
Method
In a blender, combine soymilk, orange juice and oats and let sit for 10 minutes to soften.
Add blueberries, flax oil, cinnamon and ice.
Purée until smooth and serve immediately.
