Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Making your own ranch dressing is surprisingly easy. Your salads will thank you!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Method
In a blender, combine yogurt, buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar, parsley, dill, celery seeds, onion powder, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow dressing to thicken. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
