The edamame hummus in this recipe is also delicious served as a dip with carrots and celery or whole wheat crackers.

Method
In a food processor, purée edamame until smooth; add lemon juice, sesame oil and salt and pepper.
Puree until well blended. Set aside.
Cut the top off of each cherry tomato and carefully remove pulp to hollow out the inside with a small spoon.
Transfer edamame hummus to a pastry bag (or zipper bag with a corner cut off).
Squeeze hummus into cherry tomatoes and garnish with radish slices.
