Chicken Burgers with Goat Milk Brie

Topped with creamy goat milk Brie, juicy chicken burgers have never tasted better. Using premade burgers means this recipe is ready in a flash.
Ingredients
- 4 (4.0-ounce) premade chicken burgers
- 1/2 (4.4-ounce) package Wellspring Creamery Goat Milk Brie, thinly sliced
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Method
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Grill burgers until golden brown on the first side, 3 to 4 minutes.
Flip, top with Brie and grill until cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes more.
Meanwhile, toast buns on grill.
Arrange avocado on buns, top with chicken burgers and red onion, and serve.
