This refreshing milkshake makes the most of our favorite trio of sweet flavors: chocolate, peanut butter and banana.

Ingredients

    2 cupschocolate soymilk
    2 tablespoonscreamy peanut butter
    1banana, broken into chunks
    4ice cubes
    Pinch grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon, (optional)
