Coffee-Nog Shakes
Serves 2 to 4
Time 5 min
We love holiday classics eggnog and nutmeg blended with rich coffee in these delicious milk shakes. Use vanilla ice cream for lighter flavor or coffee ice cream for a double hit of java. Serve in small cups along with other desserts at a tree-trimming party. They also make a fun dessert for a casual holiday dinner, served with cookies alongside.
Special Diets:
Ingredients
- 4 scoops (about 1 1/3 cups) vanilla or coffee ice cream
- 3/4 cup eggnog
- 1/2 cup strong-brewed Allegro Celebration Caffè or other medium-roast coffee
- Grated nutmeg for garnish
Method
Combine ice cream, eggnog and coffee in a blender and blend just until smooth (do not overblend or the mixture will be thin).
Divide into glasses and garnish each with pinch nutmeg.
