This flavorful turkey chili can easily be doubled and tastes even better the next day. It’s delicious served with cornbread from our bakery. Put a bottle of hot sauce on the table for those wanting extra heat.

Method
In a large saucepan, heat canola oil over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey, onion and bell pepper, stirring often until meat is browned and onion is tender, 7 to 10 minutes.
Stir in diced tomatoes, beans, marinara sauce, chili powder, salt, cayenne, paprika and hot sauce (if using).
Bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
