Serve this rich and creamy dip — surprisingly dairy-free — alongside strawberries and grapes or sliced kiwis, bananas and pineapple for dipping.

Ingredients

    1/2 poundcherries (about 2 cups), pitted
    7 ouncessilken tofu, drained
    1/4 cupfinely chopped pineapple
