Creamy Chocolate-Avocado Dip

Ingredients

    4pitted dates
    1ripe avocado
    1/4 cuporange juice
    1 teaspoonunsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 teaspoonpure vanilla extract

Method

Place dates in a cup or small bowl and cover with water.


Let soak 1 hour.


Drain well.


Place soaked dates, avocado, orange juice, cocoa powder and vanilla in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
