Deviled Eggs with Ham

Loaded with chopped ham, tangy Greek yogurt and piquant German mustard, these deviled eggs are great for a party, or serve them over salad greens for a light entrée. Use flaked canned tuna instead of the ham, if you like.

Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and halved lengthwise*
- 3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons German-style mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme, plus more for garnish
- 2 cups finely chopped ham
Method
Scoop egg yolks into a medium bowl and mash together with yogurt, mustard, lemon juice and thyme, then stir in ham.
Generously spoon into egg white halves, garnish with thyme and serve.
