When you’re craving a trip to the tropics, bust out your blender and make this instead. Passion fruit, dragon fruit and flax oil join forces in this protein-packed blend that keeps you coming back sip after sip with just the slightest touch of ginger.

Ingredients
- 1 (100.0-gram) package Pitaya Organic Coconut Smoothie Pack
- 1 (100.0-gram) package Pitaya Organic Dragon Fruit Smoothie Pack
- 1/2 cup Pitaya Plus Bite-Sized Passion Fruit Pieces
- 2 tablespoons filtered flax oil
- 1 cup 365 by Whole Foods Market Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon teaspoon ground ginger (or 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger)
- 2 scoops 365 by Whole Foods Market Unsweetened Vanilla Soy Protein Powder
Method
Slightly thaw coconut and dragon fruit packs under warm water for 1 minute before opening.
Combine with remaining ingredients and 4–6 ice cubes in a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Pour into two glasses to serve.
