Dukkah Spice Mix
Makes about 1 1/4 cups

This delicious seed, nut and spice mix with Egyptian roots makes a fantastic addition to everything from yogurt to roasted meats and vegetables. We also love dunking a hunk of bread into olive oil and then rolling the bread in dukkah for an irresistible snack. Watch our video on dukkah.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup toasted unsalted pistachios
- 1 tablespoon toasted coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon toasted anise seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1/2 cup white sesame seeds
Method
In a food processor or mortar and pestle, crush hazelnuts, pistachios, coriander seeds and anise seeds, working in batches if needed.
Combine crushed nuts and spices with sesame seeds and salt.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
