Elderflower Wine Spritzer

This spritzer has a bit of a choose-your-own-adventure twist to it; use your favorite bitters and a sparkling wine of your choice.

Ingredients

    1/2 ounceelderflower liqueur
    4 dashesof your favorite bitters
    4 ouncessparkling wine (like De Chanceny Brut Rosé Crémant de Loire)
    Edible flowers (washed), for garnish
