Fresh Berry Tart

Make this fresh dessert with individual prebaked tart shells instead, if you like. Use a mixture of fresh berries for a beautiful presentation.

Ingredients
- 1 (7.5-ounce) jar lemon curd
- 1 (9-inch) prebaked tart shell, cooled
- 3 pints blackberries and/or raspberries
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
Method
Spoon lemon curd into tart shell and spread out evenly.
Starting from the outer edge, arrange berries closely in concentric circles; set aside.
Heat apricot preserves and 1 tablespoon water in a small pot to make a glaze.
Carefully brush top of tart with glaze.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate until chilled, then cut into slices and serve.
