Fresh Fruit Salad with Creamy Yogurt Dressing

Fresh fruit mixed with whole milk yogurt dressing — sweetened with concentrated raspberry juice — delivers a light, refreshing dessert that's sure to please everyone. Choose the ripest fruit available for this simple treat.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberry juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 1 cup sliced bananas
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped kiwi
- 1/2 cup sliced peaches
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 5 teaspoons shredded coconut
Method
In a large bowl, mix yogurt, raspberry juice concentrate and poppy seeds until thoroughly combined.
Add apples, bananas, blueberries, kiwi, peaches, and strawberries and toss gently to coat.
Garnish with coconut and serve.
*If you are preparing the salad to serve later, wait until just before serving to cut and stir in apples and bananas since they will brown when exposed to air.
