Here's a great way to surreptitiously get everyone's day kicked off right with filling whole grains and fruit antioxidants. Add nuts and/or substitute chopped nectarines for the grapes, if you like. And if you prefer your syrup warm, gently heat the thinned fruit spread in a small pot on the stove before serving.
Special Diets:
Method
In a large bowl, stir together pancake mix, 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon water and oil until just combined; fold in grapes.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Spray with cooking spray and cook pancakes in batches, using more cooking spray as needed.
Use about 1/4 cup of the batter to make each pancake and cook, flipping once, until cooked through and deep golden brown, about 5 minutes; transfer to a plate.
In a small bowl, stir together fruit spread with 2 tablespoons water and spoon over hot pancakes.
