Golden Milk Latte

This fragrant, golden beverage is an excellent alternative to coffee or tea and packs a nice hint of spice. You can use dairy milk or your favorite nondairy beverage in place of almondmilk.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup unsweetened almondmilk
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds
- 2 1/2 teaspoons prepared Golden Milk powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling on top
- 2 teaspoons bee pollen (optional)
- Pinch ground black pepper
Method
Combine almondmilk, maple syrup, Golden Milk powder, ginger and cinnamon in a blender.
Blend until frothy. Pour into a saucepan and heat over medium heat just until hot (do not boil).
