Heirloom Lettuce with Sweet-and-Tangy Grilled Chicken

Lettuce and chicken cozy up in this easy meal that's short on prep, big on wow. Using shortcuts like pre-cooked chicken means this dish can be put together quickly any night of the week.
Ingredients
- 1 (12.0-ounce) package Nature's Rancher Grilled Chicken Strips, frozen
- 1 pear, cored and diced
- fine sea salt, pinch of
- 1/3 cup 365 Everyday Value Organic Fresh Ginger Miso dressing, plus more for serving
- 12 large organic heirloom lettuce leaves
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, optional
Method
Place chicken strips in a large nonstick or well-seasoned cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
Cook, stirring frequently, until chicken begins to soften, 2 to 3 minutes.
Add pear and salt; continue to cook until pear is soft, 3 to 4 minutes longer.
Stir in dressing and 2 tablespoons water; simmer just until chicken is heated through, about 2 minutes.
Arrange lettuce leaves on a platter and spoon chicken mixture evenly over leaves.
Roll up leaves and serve with extra dressing on the side for dipping.
