Indian Curry Blend

This blend of spices balances warmth and earthy heat with a sweet and spicy kick. Use it when cooking brown rice, red lentils or cauliflower and potatoes.

- 4 tablespoons curry powder
- 4 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method
Whisk together all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months, or until the spices are no longer aromatic.
