Italian Sub Pasta Salad with Broccoli

Any bottled or homemade Italian or vinaigrette dressing works well in this veggie-packed pasta salad. Use fresh mozzarella or pepperoni in place of the provolone and salami, if desired.

    1 1/2 cupscooked whole wheat fusilli
    1 cupsteamed broccoli
    1/2 cuphalved cherry tomatoes
    4button mushrooms quartered
    3 slicessalami cut into strips
    3 slicesprovolone cut into strips
    Italian or vinaigrette dressing

Method

Put fusilli, broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms, salami, provolone, and dressing into a large bowl and toss gently to combine. Transfer to plates and serve.
