Ingredients
1 1/2 cupsdiced mango (about 1½ mangoes)
1 largecarrot, peeled and chopped
1 mediumripe banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
1 1/4 cups365 by Whole Foods Market Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1/2 cupfreshly squeezed orange juice
1scoop 365 by Whole Foods Market Organic Hemp Protein Powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoonpure vanilla extract
2 tablespoonsunsweetened toasted coconut flakes, plus extra for garnish
Method
Blend everything with 4 – 6 ice cubes in a high-speed blender until creamy and smooth.
