Mango Beta-Carotene Smoothie

Vibrant, creamy and smooth all at once, this is the smoothie you want on repeat. It’s bursting with beta-carotene and potassium from both the mango and carrot, and a trace of vanilla pairs with the mellow sweetness of coconut flakes.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup diced mango (about 1½ mangoes)
- 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium ripe banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1 1/4 cup 365 by Whole Foods Market Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 scoop 365 by Whole Foods Market Organic Hemp Protein Powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened toasted coconut flakes, plus extra for garnish
Method
Blend everything with 4 – 6 ice cubes in a high-speed blender until creamy and smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses and top with coconut flakes to serve.
