Marinated Chicken Wings

Ingredients

    12chicken wings, split into drums and flats, wingtips removed
    1/2 cupprepared vinaigrette (any flavor)
    4stalks celery, cut into sticks
    4carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
    1/4 cupblue cheese or ranch dressing

Method

Put chicken and vinaigrette into a large bowl, toss to coat, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.


Prepare a grill for medium-heat cooking.


Arrange chicken wings in a single layer on the grill and cook, turning occasionally, until cooked through and deep golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.


Transfer to a platter and serve with celery, carrots and blue cheese dressing.
