Mediterranean-Style Burgers with Rosemary Mayo

These burgers are layered with enhanced store-bought mayo (our favorite trick!), feta cheese and fresh veggies. Bonus: Ready-made burgers means dinner is ready in a flash; spend your extra time assembling a luscious seasonal salad.

Ingredients

    4fresh or frozen beef burger patties
    3 tablespoonsmayonnaise
    1 tablespoonfinely chopped fresh rosemary (about 1 large sprig)
    4hamburger buns
    2 ouncesfeta cheese crumbles
    1 cupbaby arugula leaves (about 2 ounces)
    Sliced red onion (optional)
    2tomatoes, sliced

Method

Prepare a grill for medium-high heat cooking. 


Grill burgers, flipping once, until cooked to your liking, about 8 minutes. 


In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and rosemary. 


Lightly toast buns, spread with rosemary mayonnaise, then top with burgers, feta cheese, arugula, red onion and tomato slices.
