Mixed Berry Smoothie

In addition to raspberries and blueberries, try adding strawberries or other seasonal fruit (looking at you, peaches!) to this creamy but dairy-free smoothie for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almondmilk
- 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen (not thawed)
- 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen (not thawed)
- 3 ice cubes (only if using fresh fruit)
- 1 sliced banana, fresh or frozen
Method
Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
