Method
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place brownie bites on the prepared baking sheet.
Slowly melt white chocolate in a microwave on low power or a double boiler over simmering water.
Transfer half of melted chocolate to a small bowl.
Working quickly, dip tops of brownie bites in white chocolate and spread to form a thin coating.
Refrigerate until chocolate is just set, 8 to 10 minutes.
Transfer remaining melted white chocolate to a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag and set aside.
Remove brownie bites from the refrigerator.
Cut open tip of piping bag 1/8 inch wide.
Pipe stripes of melted white chocolate back and forth, left to right, across top of each brownie bite to look like a wrapped mummy.
Use dried blueberries or currants to make eyes.
Let sit at room temperature until chocolate is set.
Brownie bites will keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
