Orange Gremolata

Dress up lamb or beef stews with a sprinkle of this brightly flavored orange, parsley and garlic combo. Steamed cauliflower, broccoli and carrots tossed in a little olive oil and topped with a handful of gremolata is another delicious way to enjoy this easy-to-make condiment.

- Zest of 2 oranges
- 2 cups loosely packed fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 medium clove garlic, very finely chopped
- fine sea salt
- ground black pepper
Method
In a medium bowl, combine zest, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
