Ingredients

    1/2 cupcrumbled Parmigiano Reggiano (about 2 1/2 ounces)
    1/2 cupnonfat plain Greek yogurt
    1/4 cupnonfat (0%) milk
    1/4 cupextra-virgin olive oil
    3 tablespoonschopped fresh dill
    1/2lemon, juice of
    1 tablespoonDijon mustard
