Serve this refreshing citrus-marinated fish with corn on the cob and sweet potato slices.

Ingredients

    1 poundfresh grouper, black or striped sea bass, halibut or red snapper fillet
    1/2 cuplemon juice (3 lemons)
    1/2 cuplime juice (3 to 4 limes)
    1 smallred onion, thinly sliced
    2 tablespoonschopped fresh cilantro
    1jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
    1/2 teaspoonfine sea salt
    1/2 teaspoonground black pepper

Method

In a large nonreactive bowl, combine the fish, lemon juice, lime juice, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, salt, and pepper and toss gently to combine. 


Refrigerate at least 4 hours and no more than 6, stirring occasionally to distribute ingredients.
