Method
Whisk together oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl to make a dressing and set aside.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add corn and cook until tender, about 4 minutes.
Using tongs, transfer corn to a plate to cool.
Add potatoes to the pot and cook until just tender, about 12 minutes.
Drain, discarding the water, and set potatoes aside to let cool.
Quarter potatoes and transfer to a large bowl.
Cut the corn kernels from the cobs and add to the potatoes.
Add tomatoes, green onions, basil, and salt and pepper.
Pour reserved dressing over the potato mixture and gently toss to coat.
Arrange lettuce leaves on a platter.
Spoon the salad onto leaves, sprinkle with feta cheese and serve.
