Keep these ingredients on hand and you will be able to create an easy soup full of savory potatoes, sausage and green beans. The bay leaves add a nice depth of flavor. Method
Combine potatoes, sausage, green beans, broth, bay leaves, and salt and pepper in a large pot and slowly bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
