Raspberry Vinaigrette

This tangy vinaigrette is great on all manner of salads. Try drizzling it over baby spinach, candied walnuts or pecans, thinly sliced cucumbers and crumbled goat cheese.

    1/4 cupchopped strawberries
    3 tablespoonsraspberry vinegar
