Roman Tuna Salad

Serve this salad on crusty bread with lettuce, Kalamata olives and sliced tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 2 (6.0-ounce) cans chunk tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 cup prepared Caesar dressing
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Method
Put tuna into a large bowl and flake with a fork.
Add dressing, capers, celery, peppers and parsley and mix together until just combined.
