Sesame and Herb Spiral Ham

Need a quick, festive recipe for a crowd? This super-easy ham gets unique flavor from a tangy apricot glaze brightened with sesame seeds and fresh herbs. Pair it with a green veggie and your favorite potato dish for a terrific meal.

Ingredients
- 1 (7- to 8-pound) precooked spiral-sliced ham
- 1 cup apricot fruit spread
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2/3 cup chopped mixed fresh herbs, such as parsley, chives, cilantro or chervil
Method
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place ham on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together fruit spread, lemon juice and sesame seeds.
Brush ham with half of the glaze and roast until ham is heated through, about 20 minutes more.
Stir herbs into remaining glaze and spoon over top and sides of ham, working some of the mixture between the slices, if possible.
Roast until glazed, about 5 minutes more.
