Serve this creamy dip with thin slices of whole grain bread, crackers and plenty of vegetables for dipping. It's an excellent alternative to classic shrimp cocktail.

Method
Boil shrimp with whole garlic and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne until shrimp is cooked through, about 4 minutes.
Drain and set aside until cool enough to handle, then remove tails and coarsely chop shrimp and garlic.
Combine remaining 1/4 teaspoon cayenne, cheese, sour cream, salt, white pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and hot sauce in a bowl and stir until smooth.
Stir in shrimp, garlic and green onions. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
