Sweet-and-Smoky Spiced Fries

These fries are fabulous served with simple baked or grilled fish or chicken, or enjoy them on their own as a snack.

Ingredients
- 3 medium (12-ounce) orange or white sweet potatoes, each cut into 16 wedges
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
Method
Preheat the oven to 450F and position 2 racks in the top of the oven.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Place potatoes in a large bowl and sprinkle with paprika, cinnamon and cumin.
Toss well.
Place potato wedges on the prepared baking sheets in a single layer; reserve any spice mixture left in the bowl.
Bake, switching the pans halfway through cooking, until potatoes are browned and cooked through, about 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt and any reserved spice mixture.
