Tahini Croutons
Makes about 2 cups

This multi-purpose mini recipe is great as a topping for vegetable soup or as an addictive game-day snack.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce or liquid aminos
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups small cubes Health Starts Here bread
Method
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Whisk together tahini, soy sauce, onion powder and 1 tablespoon water.
Toss with bread cubes and spread on a parchment paper-lined large rimmed baking sheet, breaking up pieces that stick together.
Bake until crisp, 15 to 18 minutes. Let cool.
