Ingredients

    1 cupmayonnaise
    1 1/2 tablespoonsfinely chopped fresh tarragon
    1/2 smallshallot, finely chopped
    2 teaspoonslemon juice
    cayenne pepper
    fine sea salt

Method

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, tarragon, shallot, lemon juice, cayenne and salt, and whisk to combine.
