Toddler Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

    1/4 cupunsweetened applesauce
    1/3 cupwhole milk
    1 tablespooncreamy nut or seed butter, such as almond, cashew or sunflower
    1/8 teaspoonpure vanilla extract or ground cinnamon
    1/2banana
    2 largeice cubes

Method

Combine applesauce, milk, nut butter, vanilla, banana and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.


 Pour into glasses, or serve half and refrigerate remaining smoothie in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
