Tropical Fruit with Honey-Yogurt Sauce

Formed by layering slices of pineapple, orange and kiwi, this dish is great for breakfast, dessert or a snack. Or serve as a side dish for lunch or brunch.

- 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 (15.0-ounce) can pineapple rings packed in natural juice, drained
- 1 orange, peeled and cut into rounds
- 2 kiwi, peeled and cut into rounds
- 1/2 cup granola
Method
In a small bowl, stir together yogurt and honey until smooth.
On each of 4 small plates, layer pineapple, orange and kiwi to create a stack. Spoon yogurt mixture over the top and sprinkle with granola.
