Transport yourself beachside with caramelized mango and tropical-flavored yogurt spooned over crispy, golden waffles. Double-up on the mango for a crowd, or for overnight oats, chia pudding, or a smoothie bowl the next day.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons365 by Whole Foods Market Organic Coconut Oil
1ripe (but not over-ripe) mango, peeled, flesh cut from the pit, cut into 1-inch dice
2 tablespoonssugar
2each 365 brand Frozen Waffles (Belgian or Homestyle)
1/2 cupyogurt, tropical flavor
1/4 cup365 brand Kahuna Crunch Trail Mix, large pieces chopped (or crushed macadamia nuts)
Method
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Once melted, add mango. Stir frequently for a couple of minutes until the mango releases its juice.
Top with sugar and gently stir until all the liquid has evaporated and the mango has begun to caramelize, about 4 minutes. Set aside.
Toast waffles, then transfer to 2 plates. Top with yogurt, a spoonful of caramelized mango and trail mix to serve.
