Turkey and Cucumber Wrap with Ranch Dressing

Pack the ingredients separately in a lunch box to roll up at lunchtime or serve the dressing on the side to avoid having a soggy wrap at meal time. Instead of a tortilla, use a piece of lavash bread, if desired.

    1leaf green leaf lettuce
    1 ouncethinly sliced smoked turkey
    1 sliceCheddar cheese
    6thin slices cucumber
    4cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 tablespoonranch or blue cheese dressing
