Vegan Ranch Dressing

This ranch dressing — made without dairy or the traditional mayo — is the nostalgic creamy dressing your salad is craving. It also makes a great dip for veggies or topping for plant-based burgers.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup plain dairy-free yogurt
- 1/4 cup 365 by Whole Foods Market Unsweetened Almondmilk, plus more as needed
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Method
In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients to combine. If the mixture is too thick, thin with 1–2 teaspoons almondmilk.
Refrigerate for 3–4 hours before using for the best flavor.
Store in an airtight jar or container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
