Vegan Smoothie Bowl

Something quick and delicious to wake up to: A thick, creamy base of antioxidant-rich açai covered with a rainbow of fantastic fruits. We add walnuts and hemp seeds for crunch and protein, but you can use any combination of your favorite nuts and seeds.

Ingredients

    1 package (100-gram)frozen açai smoothie base
    1/2 cupcoconut yogurt or other dairy-free yogurt alternative
    1/2 cupgrapefruit chunks
    1/2 cupblueberries
    1 smallbanana, sliced
    1/4 cupraw walnut halves
    1 tablespoonraw hemp seeds

Method

Combine acai smoothie base and coconut yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.


Pour into a bowl and top with grapefruit, blueberries, banana and walnuts and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
