White Cheddar Pimiento Cheese

Ingredients

    1 poundwhite Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 smallred onion, chopped
    2 jars (4.5-ounce)pimientos, drained and chopped
    1 bunchgreen onions, chopped
    3 clovesgarlic, finely chopped
    1 cupmayonnaise
    1/4 teaspoonground white pepper

In a medium bowl, combine cheese, onion, pimientos, green onion and garlic.
